I am Ke'vin Katzer and Cadillac Custom Homes is my company.  Born and raised in the Texas Hill Country, I have been building custom quality homes for 20 years. Everyday I am on site overseeing, inspecting, and ensuring the craftsmanship and material quality as if it were my own home.

The Texas Residential Construction Commission is a regulatory agency that I support of which I am a member in good standing.
